The apartment complex, located in a high-end neighborhood known as the Pilar-Aguilera, is located at the corner of Via Gringo and Via Agustín in the Pileras neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
It is part of the complex, which has four apartment towers and a total of 12,700 square feet of space.
The building has a total floor area of 1,100 square feet, and the unit rents for $4,800 per month.
The apartment includes a pool, fitness center, and a spa.
Argentina’s most expensive apartment complex was completed in 2011, and it was worth about $1 million at the time, according to a report by real estate firm Mondo.
