Scottsdales real estate market is on fire.
With demand in the GTA rising, many Scottsds residents are buying and renting homes.
Some of them are doing it with no interest, while others are paying for it with their own money.
In the past few months, many of the Scottsdenias top real estate agents have been calling the shots, negotiating prices and pricing homes on behalf of buyers and sellers.
We can all relate to the pain, said the chief executive of Real Estate Agents Association of Canada, which represents Scotts Dales agents.
“When a home comes on the market, it’s like a slap in the face for those who have invested years and years and invested money and their hard-earned money and they’re not getting any value for it.”
The Scottshire Real Estate Association, which organizes ScottsDales sales, is not happy with the real estate situation.
Real Estate Association of Scotts Valley says the market is very tight, with demand being at record highs.
The association is working to help people purchase and sell homes.
